Below is our package list for all Stated Transactions.

1. Executive Summary
2. Copy of Purchase Agreement (if applicable)
3. Copy of appraisal (if applicable and available)
4. Preliminary Title Information
5. Fully executed 1003 on all borrowers.
6. Tri-merge credit reports on all borrowers (WEL-DONe to provide).
7. Color photos of subject property.
8. PLUS, IF INCOME PRODUCING PROPERTY:
   1. Rent Roll.
   2. Current Operating Statement.
   3. Copies of all leases.
9. An MAI Appraisal will be conducted upon preliminary approval of loan request.

We will need an original and copy package with 3 sets of photos!

Do not submit via fax! We need your package via mail!
